St. Paul’s District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will host a virtual open house for small-business owners.
The April 27 event will last four hours and will include a presentation about contracting opportunities with the corps, as well as one-on-one sessions with government contacting representatives and other experts. The sessions are available to those who sign up in advance. Businesses that are interested can contact Christine Davis at firstname.lastname@example.org to register.
The St. Paul district of the Corps is responsible for operating 13 locks and dams along the Mississippi River, as well as emergency response operations following natural disasters, environmental restoration, and water and wetlands regulation.
